This is an account of my training experiences leading up to the big day of The London Marathon 2011.

Has been very difficult getting myself motivated to go to the gym twice this week as well as running, 5 miles on Wednesday and 12 today. Think that run on Sunday took a lot out of me, ive been tired all week. Time to eat more carbs I think!
